We ensure that all your requirements are duly met. Validity A fixed price model is an ideal choice for the projects with almost no to medium level complexity. The client must have sufficient amount of details ensuring that the risks are identifiable right at the beginning. This plays an important role as such projects generally have minimum scope for changes, modifications and extensions. It is assumed that the client possesses an understanding of the software development process and will deliver timely information and feedback.

How it Works

Magesol will conduct an in depth analysis of the task once you provide us with project specifications, scope and timeline. We then submit a proposal with all details including with fixed price and fixed timeframe. If there is a scope for change or we observe possible risks that may hinder project development process or adversely affect execution process, it will be highlighted in the detailed proposal.
On approval, we enter into an agreement with you before heading on with the project. We make sure that the project is executed as per the agreement and it fulfills all your requirements.

Time and Material Model Concept :

Time and material engagement model takes in to account the time spent and resources utilized for a specific project. The set of deliverables and project scope are not clearly defined. Even the client is unaware of how the project will take its shape in future. Magesol offers a tentative project development plan along with fixed hourly cost. We also provide our clients with complete flexibility to stop work at any stage and resume the development process as per their specific requirements.

As scope and specifications are not clear at the beginning of project development, the objective is to find an appropriate solution for a business problem. Both Magesol and the client put in combined efforts to resolve the problem.

How it Works

We structure a team of developers, team leaders and project manager after having a requirement from you. The professionals will work exclusively for you.
The project development is done in stages each involving an elaborate process including problem identification, appropriate solution, development of architectural design, documentation, coding and report sharing.
Both the parties enter into a contract before beginning of the project development process.
The process can be put on hold for some time in case of ambiguity and can be restarted after finding an appropriate solution.
The team of developers can be escalated depending upon the workload.
